Europe has started granting applications for those who wants to fly to Mars. This process is in charge of European Space Agency and for the present it unfortunately suggests only a simulation of the flight supposed, but there is lack in volunteers.

The age of a volunteer allowed is from 20 to 50, height to 185 cm.

Besides requirements of anthropometric data of a prospective cosmonaut the candidate must know Russian and English and have completed higher biological, medical or technological education.

“The decision will be made subject to education, professional expertise, health suitability and social habits”, - points out ESA.

After the choice is made the simulation of a flight to Mars lasting a year and a half will be held.

But not all volunteers could apply for the simulation. Only member states can participate in the training Moon and Mars program, notably Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Check Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden and Canada.

So if you belong to this list and you are up to quality, deadline for application is November 5.
