"My requests" - is an option, where you can check, cancel or correct your bookings. "My requests" option - is on the top left part of the page. You will also receive a mail with a link, which refers to this option, and a confirmation. To enter "My requests" you need a booking number and a pin code, which you receive after finishing the booking procedure.
